What you write may still identify you or someone else. A particular incident, role, location, shift or distinctive wording may be recognisable to someone familiar with the circumstances, even without a name. Whinge cannot guarantee that submissions or appraisal findings will never allow someone to infer an individual’s identity.
Avoid names and unnecessary identifying details about yourself or others. Keep observations about the work, not assessments of people.
