Is this another employee engagement exercise?
No. Whinge is about the work, not the workforce. We don't measure engagement, morale or employee sentiment. We ask people what gets in the way of doing their job, what's nearly working, and what's working well. The Process Appraisal points towards everyday work worth investigating—not an assessment of employees.
Is AI used to produce the Process Appraisal?
Yes. Whinge uses AI to help organise and describe participant evidence. Human review precedes report release. Participant-selected states, counts, contributor relationships, privacy groups and timing facts are calculated by Whinge, not invented by AI. The original evidence remains authoritative. AI does not decide how you should run your business. Participant suggestions remain proposals, not Whinge recommendations.
How do I create a campaign?
Create an account, verify your email and configure your campaign in the portal. Review the dates, participant band, ordered locations, branding and calculated price before submitting. Approved configuration is preserved.
Can I pay online?
There is no online checkout. A campaign is arranged by conversation. Configure a private draft in the portal and contact hello@thewhingecompany.com to arrange it. Free pilots do not require payment.
When can I see reports?
After the campaign and follow-up period end, reports are generated, reviewed and released separately. We email a link to your authenticated portal; sensitive reports are not emailed as attachments. Availability is subject to retention arrangements, not a promise of permanent access.
Will every location get its own appraisal?
Some locations are reported together where separate reporting could compromise participant anonymity. Groups follow the approved location order and require at least five distinct anonymous contributors. This is a privacy safeguard, not a statistical threshold.
